A WORKSHOP, sponsored by the PLA-Foundation on “Project Cycle Management & Logical Framework” was conducted by Charles Câmara of Caritas Sweden. The aim of the workshop was primarily for capacity development of religious working with development work. There were 16 Salesian Sisters, 2 Salesian Fathers and 2 Borromeo Sisters who participated. Everyone expressed their deep gratitude to Charles who had given a tremendous input. We also asked him to extend our sincere thanks to the Bishop and his Vicar, of the Diocese of Stockholm. As a result, all the participants hope to be more “LOGICAL” in the “FRAMEWORK” in which we were guided by Charles …. and to be “S M A R T”.
